Web surfing~

Lately I've been surfing the web a whole bunch more going on sites like, Post Secret, It Made My Day, Failblog, and Epic Win. After watching a whole cascade of movies, The Da Vinci Code, and Angels and Demons, I've also gotten into reading about secret societies and such. I've always been somewhat of a mystery nut, so I've read a lot on unsolved creepy crimes as well. Cracked has a list of some super awesome ones.

New found respect~

Since my desktop is fried, I am no longer able to use Photoshop. For fun, I will be trying to use the old school MS Paint to do most of my art. I will try to do as much as I can. Hopefully, I will learn something new and hopefully, some good will come from it. For today, I did the easiest things you could do in MS Paint, which is sketch art.

Frustrating technology~

Once again the computer I had fixed had gone bonkers. It seems that technology seems to hate me. It was broken in January, and took me three months to get Acer to fix it for me with an $80 UPS delivery and packaging charge. It has been about a week since I had it back and not only have they removed the SD card slot of my desktop without replacing it, they have failed to make it much better. It has gone to the blue screen of death again and I am now up the creek without a paddle again. I wonder if my little miniature laptop will be able to handle Photoshop...

New hobby~

I usually brush my teeth twice a day once in the morning and once at night. However, lately I've gained the habit of brushing my teeth for fun every once in a while. This all started one evening when I was bored and I ended up taking a second shower. With little left to do I began brushing every one of my teeth separately. Day after day, I found time to brush my teeth just for the minty fresh taste. I wonder if this will be a new hobby of mine =/.

This is only part of what I am working on. The theme is somewhat of an aquarium in outter space sort of thing. However, I have hit a road black and may come back to this project some time in the future.

Being Faceless~

I watched the most recent episode of Southpark. It was the one about how stupid Facebook was. It was definitely hilarious how much they exaggerated what using Facebook was like. But in reality, people do THINK the things they said in the episode, such as "You didn't reply to my comment, or you didn't add me so are we not friends, or why didn't he poke me back." they just don't say these things out loud. So in the spirit of no longer using Facebook, I decided to continue on with my artwork since I finally had my computer fixed after months of it being incapacitated. I think most of the artwork I'm gonna do is gonna be themeless. Project Ashes will have to take a break since I don't plan on selling anymore posters. I will try to put up at least one piece of artwork every couple of days. Hopefully in twenty years I will remember I have been able to do something cool.

I've deactivated my Facebook and set my MSN status to appearing offline for the moment. Hopefully I'll be able to study now. Even if I don't turn Facebook back on the only person I ever really needed to stay in touch with I send postcards to every week.
