Mac N' Cheese~

I decided to devote the last few days of my March break to doing my homework. And since many of my friends were at an event called TC (Teens Conference), and event where a bunch of Christians gather for a full day of activities, I was pretty much alone for a couple of days. The highlight of my day was actually when I was eating my Mac N' Cheese surprisingly. Well actually with a day filled with homework it isn't such a surprise.

I also had to go to Walmart to get poster board for my chemistry summative but failed miserably because they were sold out. Walmart really punked me there since their site said they had some. After that I went to Staples and bought poster board for $12. I thought that was quite steep for cardboard put I'm guessing this paper was made from golden trees of some sort. The entire day I tried to do homework I ended up just doing the title for my project.

Other than doing homework, I had also been doing one thing. That is watching this gaming tournament called the Star Invitational. It's on this site called GOM TV and it features matches between 16 Progamer Starcraft players. I myself do not play games and usually don't watch these types of things but I recently did because the commentator Nick "Tasteless" Plotts is actually very hilarious. He's entertaining to listen to and I actually understand what he's talking about because of peer influence of the gaming world.

For instance one quote was like "There's so much cheese in this game macaroni would be proud." Now gamers understand cheese is actually referring to a tactic that is very lame and usually wins the game because it is extremely unexpected. To refer to cheese as both the tactic and the actual food is a pun. And puns are always very amusing. Haha well it made me laugh for a while. The lesson I learned for today is that being able to make Kraft Dinner can really be rewarding one day.
